IVF lab and OT work requires site assessment, suitable specialist personnel and approval from the facility’s clinical, embryology and infection-control leads. Scope, consumables, equipment exclusions, downtime and release for clinical use must be agreed before work. Cleaning does not itself certify sterility or compliance.
LED boards require site measurement, structural/electrical review and applicable permissions. Materials, fabrication, access equipment, installation, travel and approvals are itemised in the quotation.
